From the grapes of our youngest Nebbiolo vineyards from Barolo and, above all, from the Nebbiolo vineyards located in Neviglie we produce.
The fermentation, traditional, with maceration of the must in contact with the skins, takes place for about ten days at a relatively low temperature.
