EXCLUSIVE WINE TASTING AT MARCARINI CELLARS
DON'T MISS THIS UNIQUE OCCASION ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 7: THE HISTORICAL WINERIES OF PODERI MARCARINI OPEN THEIR DOORS FOR AN EXCLUSIVE MOVABLE WINE TASTING
Marcarini invites you to take part in an original kind of wine tasting on Sunday, August 7, 2016. The tasting includes a tour of our historical cellars of La Morra, accompanied with a tasting of all the different types of our wines and products.
The tasting includes:
- Barolo La Serra
- Barolo Brunate
- Roero Arneis
- Dolcetto d’Alba Fontanazza
- Barbera d’Alba
- Langhe Nebbiolo
- Barolo Chinato
Le degustazioni avverranno in diverse parti della struttura e saranno guidate da un’approfondimento storico-enologico. Ecco le location:
- Aging cellar
- Bottling cellar
- Tasting room
- Cellar portico
- Courtyard of the winery with its beautiful view of the Langhe
Each tasting will be accompanied with a detailed description of the wine, with an aromatic analysis and a closer look at what each variety gives the wine. The aromas and flavors of each will be identified and assessed according to the vineyard the wine comes from and its unique production process. Visitors will get to taste our wines paired with our six flavors of Piemonte IGP Hazelnuts (our own production).
THE VISIT
The “movable” wine tasting is for a group of max. 15 people. It will be held in English from 3-5 pm and in Italian from 5-7 pm.
COST
The activity costs €25 per person to be paid at the event (cash, credit, and bancomat accepted).
